This was a wonderful property in a great location

This Little Italy “Charmer” was perfect! The property was beautifully appointed and well stocked (even body wash and shampoo in each shower). Our favorite spot was the 3rd floor deck…The location was perfect. Easy access to many attractions and within easy walking distance to dozens of nice restaurants. 2 blocks from Whole Foods, CVS, and a wine shop. Very convenient. I would certainly stay there again.

Lovely stay and location location location!

The row house was close to everywhere we wanted to go: free buses to tour around the city, water taxis were 3 blocks away, subway 3 blocks and inner harbor and all its festivities were so close! The house was immaculately decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We were 5 people and each of us had our own room. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed to cook several meals and Whole foods was just around the corner. There were also a slew of great restaurants to choose from too. There were little issues with the shower handle and closet door but maintenance came to fix them right away while we were sightseeing. All in all, an excellent stay and would stay here again!

Beautiful, Spacious and Prime location!

We arrived just after 4pm per the instruction. Easy access and entry. Parked in the Little City Garage around the corner, $4 per day! Could not have asked for more efficiency. I also enjoyed the coded entry system, as another key to worry about it was not an issue for myself and my guests. The first floor was clean, modern, and very inviting. Patio was perfect for us, plenty of seating and comfortable shaded option under the umbrella. 2nd floor was more than adequate for sleeping and storing our luggage. 3rd floor, great bedroom, very nice bathroom and a beautiful deck to access for sunrise viewing. We will definitely consider this as a must stay, next time we are in Baltimore. Susan and Marcia were the best to work with during the planning stages of this trip. Could not be more pleased with this experience. Thank you!

Beautiful Row House in Little Italy

This home in Little Italy was absolutely wonderful. The description of this home did not do it justice; the entire interior has been recently renovated, beautifully. There were two adults and 3 children (of the adult size) and this condo accommodated all of us very well. The front bedroom on the middle floor was a little loud with street noise, but it never lasted too late to be a bother. This room had a queen size bed that was a little low to the floor (and a little creaky) for two full sized (slightly) older adults, but there were plenty of other sleeping arrangements, so this was also not a problem. It was very warm in Baltimore while we were there, and the air conditioning was well up to the challenge – we were relieved every time we returned to the cool interior! This unit is, obviously, wonderfully located for exploring Little Italy (go with the owners recommendations for Gia’s – yum!), but it had easy access to Fells Point and the Inner Harbor as well. Close proximity to a Whole Foods and CVS are also a plus. The enclosed courtyard was a nice bonus. Wonderful stay! One of our sons is starting at Loyola University in the fall, and we will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property, perfect location.

Beautifully updated row home with many charming details including a roof deck. I fell in love the minute I walked in and was sad to leave. Easy walk to great restaurants, entertainment and attractions. I would definitely stay here again. Susan was a great host and very responsive.

Very nice home, perfect location

The back porch and large grill were great for hanging out with friends. The home was clean and properly stocked with essentials. It’s a half mile from the inner harbor and less than 2 miles to the casino and football/baseball stadiums, so the location is perfect. Getting in and out of the house was easy. My only complaint was that we couldn’t get the house temperature down, it got pretty hot at night. The HVAC unit probably needs a look. Regardless, I’d highly recommend this property and really enjoyed my stay.

Great Rowhome/Super Location!

This property is top notch! Absolutely charming place with great amenities! Clean and modern, lots of space to hang out and everything you would need for your stay; plenty of towels, coffee, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. We were in town for my Mom’s 75th Birthday and was a great place for my family to stay–and perfect location to hotels where other family members were staying. Plenty of room to be a nice central location to meet up and have a cocktail before heading out!
The owner, Susan, is extremely responsive and even gave us a heads up of some outlet issues, which had no affect on our stay. Prior reviews do mention some HVAC set up issues since the thermostat is on the 2nd floor- so downstairs is chilly, while upstairs can get a bit toasty – but that’s expected in a row home. Open a few windows upstairs or turn on the extra nice heat fireplace downstairs and you’ll be all set! If we ever come back to Baltimore for a stay, this rental will be the first on our list!

Perfect Bachelorette Getaway

Stayed at this home for a long weekend to celebrate my bachelorette with 7 other women. Everyone was so in love with the space – the backyard and balcony were great places to spend time outside (on an unseasonably warm Easter weekend). The home was within walking distance of yummy restaurants, Fleet Street, the Inner Harbor, and only a one-block walk to Whole Foods and CVS for any little extras. The beds were all extremely comfortable, the living room and kitchen area were plenty big for everyone to congregate for food and drinks before a night out. Having 3 bathroom areas made getting ready a breeze, and there was a lot of space in each bedrooms. When we arrived, we found the upper floors were warmer than the first, but we adjusted the AC and eventually turned it off and slept with the windows open. This evened things out. Everyone who stayed said they fell in love with it from the moment they walked inside, and we were so sad to leave on Sunday. Everything was immaculately clean, and there was no noise from
the street on either of the nights. The only minor thing we experienced was that we were unable to get the smart TV to work – but again, extremely minor and only affected my party when trying to drunkenly watch Trapped in the Closet at 3AM. I would absolutely recommend this property to large groups and hope to come back again soon with my girls for another weekend!

This property was excellent. It was close to downtown and had many stores (Whole Foods, CVS, etc.) close by. The house itself was just as described. We had an excellent time. No issues what so ever…

Perfectly appointed and perfect location, but HVAC issues

This is a wonderful property, with easy access to places in Little Italy, downtown, the inner harbor, fell’s point and the convention center or stadiums. The furnishings and kitchen equipment were all we could ask for. Everything was clean, simple and modern, and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with one reservation. There are some serious HVAC problems — the thermostat is on the main floor, and so never seemed to register how unbearably hot the upper 2 floors became whenever the heat was turned on. The weather was unseasonably warm for February so we just turned off the heat entirely, and opened windows upstairs when needed. This made for a chilly first floor, but comfortable floors upstairs for sleeping. Assuming this gets fixed, and we were assured that it would be, we will stay here again whenever we can.

Awesome house

The house is perfect. Tons of seating, great decor, new appliances and plenty of bathrooms. All guests had a great time! The keypad door was easy and convenient for multiple guests. One block from CVS and Whole Foods, short walk from Fells Point, and a nice surprise that Little Italy Parking Garage was only $4/day on weekends. Had an amazing stay and would definitely rent again.

Perfect Location and Beautiful Place!

We loved how our rental was so clean and had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor space as well. The fact that there are 3 showers is great. LOVE this place. We’ll be coming back next year!

Owner’s Response: Thank you so much! Please do come back and visit us again!

Awesome location, gorgeous decor, lots of space
We stayed in this house with 7 total people for our friend’s wedding weekend. We were a pleasant walk away from almost every place we needed/wanted to go, including the harbor, shops, bars, and restaurants. Steps away is a Whole Foods which we utilized daily. The interior of the house is beautifully decorated with a thoughtful layout. We each had plenty of space when we were sleeping, getting ready or just lounging in the living room. There are two fantastic decks- one is a backyard and HUGE and the other is a spacious back deck off of the second story. Both are equipped with very nice patio furniture, flowers and umbrellas. Susan, the manager, was very attentive during our stay and replied quickly to any texts or emails. A couple reasons why I am unable to give 5 stars: We experienced a ton of rain of during our stay which caused severe leaks in the bedroom with 3 twin beds, in the kitchen and in the 1st floor shower room. We notified Susan immediately and she sent over a maintenance man the day we left (and when the rain stopped). The leaks didn’t hinder our stay really, considering the bed under the bedroom leak was not being used. Lastly, the bedroom I stayed in, 2nd floor queen bed, has a lot of street noise and light when trying to sleep.
It is easy to say that the good exponentially outweighed the bad and we would definitely opt to stay here in the future.
