—In March, TriStar hired Legacy Builders & Construction Services, Inc. to put the finishing touches on our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) plans and apply for permits on 326 St. Paul Place. After several meetings with the Fire Marshall and ADA Compliance Director, resulting in plan tweaks to meet current code, and repairing a sewer breach caused by the city, we are scheduled to be through all phases of permitting and begin construction May 2018. (Some demolition has already occurred as well as minor renovations to the fourth floor.)
—TriStar has launched the St. Paul Co-Work website to begin marking our new coworking space at 326 St. Paul Place. Visit the website to see pricing and amenities of this new, exciting space at StPaulCoWork.com.
—Once color renderings are complete, our marketing campaign calls for reaching out to nearby hotels and apartment communities to cross-promote St. Paul Co-Work to their tenants and guests. Charm City Suites, General Manager Helen Kruger, also has plans to promote St. Paul Co-Work to our nightly guests and large companies who stay in our short-term rentals once renderings are complete by late April-early May.
—Construction completion is scheduled for six months from start. We’ll keep you posted on progress and will post photos and updates on our website as work continues.
